Dean Gartman
Dean is a Big Spring native and a 1983 graduate of Big Spring High School. He attended Howard College and Texas Tech University, studying Mechanical Engineering Technology. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1997 and is a Gulf War vet.
Dean is a licensed HVAC contractor and Master Plumber, with over 20 years of experience in plumbing and over 30 years in HVAC. He was an HVAC instructor at Howard College. He worked for a mechanical engineering firm in Lubbock, TX, drawing and designing HVAC plans and load calculations. He is married to Misty, and together they have four sons, attending Forsan ISD.
